RIMOZIONE TATOO - REMOVAL -COVERUP

-COVER UP Con COVER-UP si intende la copertura del vecchio tatuaggio con uno nuovo, che lo andrà a coprire.  E', in un certo senso, un'arte a parte. Saper eseguire un buon COVER-UP richiede una grande maestria ed abilità da parte del tatuatore nel saper costruire un nuovo disegno appoggiandosi sulla struttura del precedente. LA RIMOZIONE E' bene sottolineare che , in termini prettamente economici, la rimozione di un tattoo è indubbiamente molto più costosa della realizzazione. Prima dell'introduzione della tecnica laser, l'unico modo di rimuovere un tatuaggio era quello di intervenire chirurgicamente asportandolo in uno o più tempi. Il numero di sedute (in genere a partire da un minimo di 3) dipende dalla quantità di pigmento presente, da quanto è profondo e da quanti e quali colori sono stati usati. Ogni pigmento infatti è trattato con un laser diverso: - Alessandrite: per eliminare il colore blu, il nero, il verde - QSA: verde - Rubino: nero, il blu, il verde - Pulsed dye laser - Nd:Yag 532: giallo, il rosso, l'arancione e il viola. - Nd:Yag 1064: nero, nero/blu. Indicato particolarmente per soggetti di carnagione scura. Il nero, che assorbe tutta la lunghezza d'onda del laser, è il pigmento che si elimina più facilmente. Ogni seduta ha un costo che può andare dai 250 ai 500 euro. Il trattamento può arrecare un moderato disagio paragonato da alcuni "pazienti" al sentirsi spricchiare gocce d'olio caldo sulla pelle o ricevere ripetuti colpi d'elastico. Se tutte le norme post-operatorie del caso vengono seguite, non dovrebbero presentarsi cicatrici. Raramente si assiste a casi di tatuaggi che peggiorano dopo il trattamento laser a causa dei pessimi pigmenti utilizzati. Un mirato test preventivo può scongiurare il problema.
